💬 Discuss a flag with OPTIC in the chat panel, then Resolve (records the conversation as that flag's note) or Dismiss (waves it off — suppresses future re-flagging). The item closes — and re-runs the recompile / rescore — once every flag is Resolved or Dismissed. Unclaim hands the item back (open chats are cancelled; resolved/dismissed flags are kept).
